Below are the official store policies of Thrift Kick PK. By shopping with us, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

  • Deliveries across Pakistan typically take 2–7 working days.
  • Delivery time may vary during weekends, holidays, or due to courier delays (not under our control).

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply unless stated otherwise.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service fee depending on the courier.

Order Tracking

  • Once the product is shipped, we provide a tracking number (if available).
  • Any delay by the courier company is not the responsibility of Thrift Kick PK, but we will assist in tracking your parcel.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We deal in thrifted, pre-loved, and limited stock sneakers, therefore:

❌ No Returns

We do not accept returns after delivery.

❌ No Exchanges

Sizes are clearly mentioned with each listing. Exchange due to wrong-size purchase is not possible.

❌ No Refunds

All sales are final.

Only Exception

If a completely wrong item is delivered, customers must contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear pictures of the received item

If verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Product Condition Policy

  • Photos uploaded are actual product pictures.
  • Pre-loved sneakers may have minor signs of use (visible in pictures).
  • Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting/camera quality.
  • We encourage customers to review all photos carefully before ordering.

Thrift Kick PK is not responsible if a customer overlooks details shown in the listing.

4. Authenticity Policy

  • We do not guarantee 100% authentication of all thrifted pairs unless specifically stated.
  • Some pairs may not include original packaging or tags.
  • Condition, quality, and details are clearly shown to maintain transparency.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Thrift Kick PK reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Incomplete delivery information
  • Suspicious or fraudulent order behavior

Customers may request cancellation before shipping only.
