1. General
Thrift Kick PK sells thrifted (pre-loved) and brand-new sneakers.
All products are checked, cleaned, and quality-inspected before listing.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the nature and condition of the product being purchased.
2. Product Details & Condition
- We provide actual pictures of every pair.
- Minor signs of use on thrifted shoes are normal and clearly visible in photos.
- Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or device settings.
- Thrift Kick PK is not responsible if a customer overlooks details already shown in the listing.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are final and non-negotiable unless a discount is offered.
- Full payment must be made at the time of order (when applicable).
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
4. Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after communication with the customer.
- Thrift Kick PK has the right to cancel any order in case of incomplete information, unavailability of stock, or suspicious purchasing behavior.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times vary by location (usually 2–7 days within Pakistan).
- Shipping charges apply unless stated otherwise.
- Delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.
- Once shipped, the package is the responsibility of the courier, but we will assist in tracking.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because we deal in thrifted and limited stock items:
No Returns
We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
No Exchanges
Sizes are clearly mentioned; exchanges are not possible.
No Refunds
All sales are final.
Only exception:
If a completely wrong item is delivered (very rare), the customer must contact us within 24 hours with video proof.
7. Authenticity
- While we ensure accurate descriptions and honest listings, some thrifted pairs may not come with original packaging or tags.
- We do not claim 100% authentication for every thrifted item unless stated.
8. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing, customers agree to:
- Review all provided images
- Read the product description carefully
- Confirm their size before ordering
We are not responsible for wrong-size purchases.
9. Privacy Policy
We do not share customer data with any third party.
Information provided at checkout is used only for order processing and delivery.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Thrift Kick PK may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
